Public realm improvement works at Market Square, Ballinakill Co. Laois

Laois County Council has awarded public realm improvement works at Market Square in Ballinakill, Co. Laois to a contractor for €399,991. The contract comprises three sections: public realm works involving site clearance, reconstruction of paving, kerbing, street furniture, lighting and signage; sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) including rain gardens and associated infrastructure; and active travel improvements including a new bus stop with kerbing and paved area. The contractor must also provide video and photographic documentation of the project.
