Limerick City and County Council procured architectural design services as design team lead for the development of three one-bedroom units in a single end-of-terrace structure on St Joseph Street, Limerick, designed to match existing terraced properties. The scope included design certification, assigned certification, preparation of Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate, and lead consultant appointment for affordable and social housing projects. The contract was awarded on 29 June 2026 for €42,410.
