Provision of Valuation and, Marketing and Sales Services for Property and Land in County Carlow.

Carlow County Council has awarded a contract worth €50,000 for the provision of professional valuation, marketing, and sales services for property and land throughout County Carlow on an as-needed basis. The services cover independent valuations for land and buildings related to compulsory purchases, acquisitions, disposals, social housing, derelict site management, and various other council functions, as well as specialist marketing and sales support for affordable housing schemes, vacant properties, and other council-led property initiatives. All services must comply with data protection legislation and GDPR requirements.
