DLR Co Co - Consultant Quantity Surveyor for Reuse, Retrofit and Extension of No. 9 George’s Place and former Wash House, Kelly’s Avenue, Dún Laoghaire as a Centre for Creative Lifelong Learning

Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has awarded a consultant quantity surveyor contract valued at €85,700 for the reuse, retrofit and extension of No. 9 George's Place and the former Wash House at Kelly's Avenue, Dún Laoghaire, to be developed as a Centre for Creative Lifelong Learning. The project is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern and Midland Regional Programme 2021-2027 as part of the THRIVE Town Centre First Heritage Revival Scheme.
