Maintenance and Refurbishment Contract For Bridge Maintenance and Refurbishment Works on Non-National Road Bridges in County Roscommon

Roscommon County Council invites tenders for a single party framework using the Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Contract for Bridge Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works on Non-National Road Bridges in Roscommon. Each project will entail maintenance rehabilitation works to Non-National Road bridges in Roscommon. Works may be on structures classed as recorded monuments or with significant architectural merit or features. Works may include, but are not limited, to the following Structural Investigations, Rehab works to Bridges which are classed as recorded monuments, Temporary Bridge Works Vegetation clearance, Cleaning of bridge elevations, Masonry repairs and repointing to arch barrels, spandrels, abutments, piers etc using lime mortar Grouting, Rock Armour installation, Bridge strengthening works including cross stitching, Concrete repairs rubbing stripsdeck repairs, Water management including compliance with special environmental conditions., Parapet wall railing repairs, Road pavement reinstatement works
