IT3603C - RFT for the provision of an emarketplace solution to the Education procurement Service

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) procured an e-marketplace solution to provide educational institutions including technological universities, institutes of technology, education training boards, and schools with compliant access to EPS framework arrangements and supplier products at framework prices. The solution, valued at EUR 86,000, was awarded on 24 August 2026 and enables Irish public-sector bodies to utilize central procurement arrangements for goods and equipment while promoting value for money and transparency. The platform supports EPS's digitisation strategy by making framework procurement more accessible to smaller institutions across the public sector.
