Overview
BIM wishes to invite tenders for event management and associated activities for public outreach activities. The primary purpose of this tender is to enable BIM to secure the services of a suitably experienced and expert event management service provider to support the delivery of a range of outreach activities around Ireland. The events will range from activities such as regional or local information events, conferences, skills demonstrations, workshops, and interpretive campaigns and activities. For 2026 and beyond, a series of events are being planned to include industry workshops, public information sessions, conferences, producer visits, peer learning events, and educational events.
