Roonagh Pier Roof Replacement Works

Provision of services to undertake the design supervision inspection and certification of 2 No complete new insulated roof systems to 2 No separate buildings at Roonagh Pier Aghany Louisburgh, Co Mayo. The scope of works required will comprise of but may not be limited to The design and detailing for both buildings of all necessary primary secondary structural non-structural roof elements, their connections to existing masonry structures and the complete insulated covering of same. The above will include for the design of a main fink truss, associated purlins, through-fix trapezoidal profiled insulated roof panels, flashings, connected high-line gutters, cleats, fixings, sealants and any other necessary elements/materials not described. Refer to Classification data submitted in Section 2 Scope of requirement of the RFQ Document for additional information. Additional reference documentation attached to this CFT will include: • Site Location Maps • Building GA Drawings • Structural Inspection Report • Purlin Calculation Reports • Technical Handbook. NB: Alternative suitable systems will be permitted.
