Monaghan County Council wishes to tender for: Landscape Architect led Multi-disciplinary Design Team for the Design of Mountain Bike Trails in Mullaghmatt Forest, Monaghan

The requirement is for a team to identify the mountain bike trails and infrastructural requirements in Mullaghamatt Forest, to provide detailed designs for same and to submit a Part 8 Planning application for the project. Consultation with key stakeholders will be required as part of the development process. The aim is to have the project developed to shovel-ready stage for future funding opportunities so preparing specifications for construction tender stage will also be required (Stages i-iib). The work will be conducted in line with the public spending code and in line with the Coillte guidelines for trails development.
