Overview

The National Monuments Service (NMS) Archive Unit requires the services of an archaeologist with archival experience on a 450 working days contract to process legacy deposits of archaeological artefacts from legacy excavations carried out by past and present staff of the NMS, or by persons contracted to work on National Monuments. The person employed may also have to deal with paper records of excavations, legacy business records and files, private sector archives, maps and plans, etc.
