Overview
The CRU offshore wind policy team is seeking to procure expert technical (offshore) consultancy services to assist with the continued development of the offshore regulatory framework. The primary focus of this work will be to: 1. Assist and advise the CRU offshore policy team on matters related to the Asset Transfer Gateways for Phase 1 offshore wind as decided in CRU202309 and its supplementary decision CRU202313. 2. Operational policy - Technical matters related to offshore grid policy.
