Call for Tender for the Provision of Fish Filleting and Preparation Skills Training

BIM wishes to invite tenders for Provision of Fish Filleting and Preparation Skills Training. The primary purpose of this tender is for the provision of practical, 'Hands on' seafood filleting and seafood preparation training, supporting the development of professional skills and expertise in the seafood sector. This hands-on training is aimed at those who wish to improve their knowledge of fish handling, seafood quality assessment, and to develop their knowledge of seafood preparation techniques. This can include those working in or wishing to work in the seafood retail, processing or food service sector. This may include visits by the selected service provider to support and upskill BIM clients at their premises, such as fish shops or supermarkets.
