RFT for a Software as a Service (SAAS) Desk Booking Solution 2025-2030

The purpose of this Competition is to establish a Single-Supplier Agreement for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a Software as a Service (SAAS) Desk Booking solution to the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Department’). The Department desires to partner with a provider who will supply a resilient, stand alone, transparent and secure Desk Booking Solutions (DBS). The successful tenderer will be expected to take direction from the Department, as appropriate, in order to ensure adherence to access arrangements, local security protocols and end-user requirements.
