Overview
BIM wishes to invite tenders for support services for a Fisheries and Aquaculture Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Scheme. The primary purpose of this tender is to support fishing gear producers and other stakeholders with the management of a producer responsibility organisation (PRO) and its application to operate the EPR as required under Regulation 6 of SI 612 of 2022 (The Fishing Gear EPR Regulations 2022).
