Overview

The Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency, in conjunction with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is calling for expressions of interest for the Repair and Leasing Scheme to accelerate provision of social homes in areas of greatest need by 2027. Proposers are invited to submit proposals for delivery of homes, which will be leased to local authorities or Approved Housing Bodies, with the objective of facilitating additional social housing supply, addressing vacancy, and revitalising towns and villages. Eligible proposals must not overlap with other state funding schemes and must achieve home delivery between 2025 and 2027.
