Boiler upgrade IBTS V2

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) wishes to invite suitably qualified mechanical contractors to tender for the upgrade of the Existing Gas Boiler central heating plant to their facility at the National Blood Centre, James’s Street, Dublin 8, D08 NH5R The works include the replacement and upgrade of the existing Central Heating Gas Boiler cascade on site to meet the space heating and domestic hot water demands at the facility. The upgrade will include new modifications to existing pipework, new pumps, controls, electrical attendances etc., along with the commissioning and hand over of the new gas boiler cascaded system. The Irish blood transfusion service will also request on successful install of tender project works that a 7 year maintenance contract will be agreed with the successful contractor.
