Ground Floor fit out for the new Policing and Community Safety Authority (PCSA) at 90 North King Street, Smithfield, Dublin 7

The Office of Public Works (OPW) has awarded a ground floor fit-out contract for the new Policing and Community Safety Authority (PCSA) at 90 North King Street, Smithfield, Dublin 7, worth €489,289.80. The works comprise refitting approximately 350 square metres to accommodate increased staffing, with modifications including subdividing the open plan space to create an office with ten workstations and a large event/townhall space for 20–64 persons, while retaining three existing meeting rooms and ancillary facilities. The project was awarded on 9 July 2026.
