Due Diligence Review

Carlow College would like to be considered for integration into South East Technological University. To inform the deliberations of SETU and its consideration of viable options, SETU wishes to conduct a due diligence review of Carlow College with a view to gaining a full understanding of available options for collaboration and potential integration, and the associated costs and risks.SETU requires an independent report that assesses whether there are any material facts that might prevent collaboration or the integration of Carlow College into SETU. Provides details of those material facts. Provides an associated graded risk assessment of those facts. Provides an assessment of the trajectory of Carlow College, their capacity to achieve the criteria set out for integration into a Technological University and the potential academic and economic benefits and risks to SETU arising from any integration
