Refurbishment of an existing single storey office block with an internal gross floor area of 140.00m2, incorporating a traditional block built extension with a gross internal floor area of 345.00m2. The overall project will provide office accommodation, clinic rooms, receptions, admin area, public, disabled and staff toilets, welfare facilities, cleaners and office storage, incorporating circulation space. The overall gross internal floor area of the project will be 485.00m2 incorporating new and old buildings.
