It is a predominantly red brick tower, approx. 30m high, with a mixture of concrete and wooden floors supported on steel beams that now require refurbishment in order to maintain their structural integrity. As the building is a listed building, the minimum amount of new material, as is necessary will be used to refurbish these beams.
