Call for Tender for the provision of a Micro–Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) with side scan sonar and video capabilities

The primary purpose of this tender is the supply of an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) equipped with high-resolution sonar and video recording capabilities to BIM’s Aquaculture Technical Section. The system must: • Operate reliably in the shallow waters (from 1 to 50 meters deep). • Be capable of collecting high-quality acoustic and visual data simultaneously. • Minimize operational risks, particularly those associated with static fishing gear. • Facilitate efficient and accurate mapping of benthic shellfish populations and other relevant habitats For further details please see attached Tender Document
