South Dublin County Council wish to engage the services of a consultant skilled in process management services who can develop the business plan for coffee shops and other commercial enterprises, identify and make recommendations on suitable operators, advise in the successful procurement of same and lead on related negotiation of terms and conditions. Initial services for consultancy and process management services in the procurement of an operator for a coffee shop in an urban parkland setting in South Dublin County with an option to proceed with service relating to the procurement of commercial operators and facilities management services for additional projects elsewhere in the county.
