Overview
Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LOETB) invites responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) from economic operators (tenderers) for the development and delivery of Waste Collection Permit training courses. The purpose of this RFT is to appoint one or more training providers with the appropriate knowledge and experience in waste collection permitting. The successful training providers are estimated to train 100 ≥ 500 participants annually. The request for tender is for the Development and delivery of a blended waste collection permitting course which will require updating in accordance to changes in legislation training courses to Laois and Offaly ETB. This course will be accredited by a provider approved by LOETB, namely Chartered Institute of Wastes Management
