Limerick City and County Council Provision of Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services for the Dock Road Improvement Scheme. Upgrade of Atlas Avenue and Courtbrack Avenue Junctions.

Limerick City and County Council seeks to appoint a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy to undertake the necessary detailed designs, construction tender documentation, contract administration, site supervision and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) role for the Dock Road Improvement Scheme - Upgrade of Atlas Avenue and Courtbrack Avenue Junctions. The scheme has been progressed through Preliminary Design and Part 8 Planning. • This Tender is for consultancy services required for Detailed Design and Procurement, Construction and Implementation and Close-Out and Review as outlined in the Procurement Brief and Scope of Services document and the Instructions to Tenderers. • The Dock Road Improvement Project aims to improve safety, comfort and security for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians along the R510 between Courtbrack Avenue and Atlas Avenue Junctions. This objective is to be achieved through the delivery of facilities which are designed in compliance with the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets, TII Publications, the National Cycle Manual and the Traffic Management Guidelines.
