The National Learning Network, Rehab Group are seeking tenders for the proposed works for the refurbishment of the existing school building and external areas of the associated site for the re-use as a Rehab Group Training College. The works include the strip out of the existing school building. The installation of external installation and new external windows. The replacement and repair of mechanical and electrical services. The repair of the existing lift. Repair and replacement of internal doors. New internal finishes and new bathrooms.
