Tender for Consultants to assist with Strategic Capital Planning

SETU published its first Strategic Plan, “Connecting for Impact”, in May 2023. The plan outlines the ambitious plans of developing new physical infrastructure to accommodate growth and in support of regional development. The plan includes the delivery of circa 1,160 student accommodation beds, and increasing the foot print of the University, over all campuses, by circa 54,000m2. The purpose of this contract is to secure the services of consultants who have an expertise and demonstratable strong track record in advising on Capital Strategy.
