Project Manager (PM) Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Consultancy Services to provide an Area Based Traffic and Transport Assessment at Raheen Industrial Estate Limerick

The IDA Raheen Business and Technology Park is located on the southern fringe of Limerick City approx. 5kms from the City Centre. The Estate is accessed via several routes which include the predominant access from the Ballycummin Road off the M20 whilst the R526 Road provides secondary access to its northern western entrance. The Estate is highly accessible with the M20 Motorway situated in proximity (see Appendix A location map). This document outlines the Engineering Consultancy Services which IDA is seeking to advance the product offering to new and existing FDI clients at specific locations within the property portfolio. IDA Property Division is now seeking to appoint Project Management (PM) Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Consultancy Services to provide an Area Based Traffic and Transport Assessment. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will manage and provide all relevant consultancy services with respect to the study, analysis of findings and future recommendations in relation to the design and delivery of recommended infrastructure at IDA Raheen Business and Technology Park. The scope of the Area Based Traffic and Transport Assessment is to determine the key infrastructure measures required in Raheen Industrial Estate and its wider infrastructure network, to tackle existing and future constraints in transport capacity, to plan for future levels of development to facilitate projected growth in population and employment, and to cater for and encourage sustainable mobility.
