Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC invites responses to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of a Commercial Real Estate Partner to Assist with the sale of Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC Lands at Rossbrien, Co Limerick. The Contracting Authority is seeking one service provider (tenderer or consortium) to assist with the sale of Lands at Rossbrien, Co Limerick. Any contract that may result from this procurement competition will be issued for a term of 12 months (“the Term”) from the date of notification to the Tenderer of acceptance of this Tender. Tenders must be received not later than 12pm on Friday 24th November 2023 through the e-tenders portal. Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this public procurement competition.
