Provision of services for Irish Open National Contact Point for eHealth enabling Patient Access to their healthcare Data

The Health Service Executive (HSE) procured services to extend Ireland's National Contact Point for eHealth infrastructure as part of the EU PATHeD project, enabling Irish citizens to access their healthcare data while abroad through the MyHealth@EU solution. The contract, awarded on 17 February 2026 for €116,481, involved developing and piloting a patient access reference implementation integrated with the existing Irish eHealth infrastructure. The service included professional augmentation to support Ireland's participation in the cross-border patient data access initiative across eleven EU Member States.
