Overview
The Mental Health Commission is seeking tenders for the Provision of an Integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that will automate and streamline the efficiency of HR processes, providing real-time information and support (via a helpdesk), enabling the HR team to monitor and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle from hiring through to retirement. The MHC believes that the system /solution would be best suited by an ‘out of box/off the shelf’ solution with minimal configuration and limited (or no) additional development to deliver the specified requirements. The proposed system /solution must provide an easy-to-use intuitive interface which offers ease of navigation and requires minimum training and or support.
