Framework for Transportation

Renfrewshire Council has awarded a framework agreement for bus, taxi, and private hire car transportation services to twelve providers, effective 17 June 2026. The framework is structured across four lots (ASN buses, ASN taxis, ad-hoc buses, ad-hoc taxis) and will serve the Council's transport requirements for children and adults with additional support needs, school transport (excluding mainstream provision through SPT), and other service users across Council services including Health and Social Care Partnership. The framework has a total value of £20 million with no guaranteed minimum spend, and call-offs will be made throughout its duration as required.
