North Ayrshire Council has awarded a contract worth £4,401,637.77 to Clark Contracts Ltd for the construction of a new industrial unit at Annickbank in Irvine through a mini competition under the Scottish Procurement Alliance Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure Framework.
