The Scottish Government commissioned Craigforth Consultancy and Research to conduct a research review of the Early Learning and Childcare Equity and Excellence Lead Programme, awarded at £34,386.25. The review will assess how Equity and Excellence Leads are deployed across local authorities, examine interventions to close poverty-related outcomes gaps, and evaluate the programme's contribution to identified outcomes through fact-finding with all local authorities and focused research in 3-4 illustrative local authority areas.
