East Ayrshire Council has awarded a £3.6 million framework contract for external training and workforce skills services, split into two lots to support East Ayrshire Works and the Workforce and Future Skills team. The contract was awarded on 7 October 2025 to ten providers: BSM Training and Consultancy, ENABLE SCOTLAND, Genius People, Luddon Construction Ltd, Mini First Aid Ayrshire, Next Generation Training Limited, Rewards Training Recruitment Consultancy, South Lanarkshire College, Tickety Boo Training, and Verg Ltd. This was a re-opening of an existing framework where current providers were given the option not to reapply.

    The Council seek procure a Framework of training providers which will incorporate the requirements of East Ayrshire Works with the needs of the Workforce and Future Skills team. The Framework will be split into two lots with the needs of each individual service are detailed within the Lot descriptions below This framework will be an open framework under the parameters of Light Touch Regime and will be open to new entrants up to once per annum.
