Overview

Dundee City Council established a mechanical services framework for heating, ventilation, sprinkler, and external plumbing works, plus supply and installation of mechanical services for commercial properties. The framework was awarded on 30 April 2025 to nine contractors including A Tech Heating Limited, Alternative Heat Ltd, B-DACS, Emtec Group, JGM, Lovat's Group Ltd, Protech Heating Limited, and Scan Building Services Ltd, with a total contract value of £24 million. The framework is now in delivery and complete.
