Residential Rehabilitation (Alcohol and Drugs) Services National Flexible Framework Agreement (New Entrants)

Scotland Excel is establishing a National Flexible Framework Agreement for residential rehabilitation services for individuals with alcohol and drug addictions, estimated at £60 million over the framework duration. The agreement remains open for new provider applications until 31 March 2028, with successful providers able to deliver intensive psychosocial support and structured rehabilitation programmes, including supported accommodation services. Providers may subsequently vary their appointment to alter or add rehabilitation service offerings within the framework terms.
