TowlersCourt and Wayland Court Refurbishment

Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited is procuring internal refurbishment and remodelling works for the Towlers Court and Wayland Court retirement housing complexes to modernise communal facilities. The scope includes internal alterations, building services upgrades, renewal of finishes and fixtures within occupied residential properties, as well as external groundworks, drainage, and surfacing to create seven parking spaces at Towlers Court. The contract has an estimated value of £485,000, with submissions accepted until 5 November 2026.
