Provision of Heathrow Expansion Banking Advisor

The Department for Transport is seeking an experienced Banking Adviser to provide independent financial and commercial advice supporting the Heathrow expansion programme. The appointed supplier will act as a sponsor-side adviser assessing financeability, market appetite, affordability, risk allocation, and delivery structures, as well as providing six-monthly strategic assessments. The contract is valued at an estimated £3,000,000 across an initial three-year term with a one-year extension option, and submissions are open until 23 October 2026.
