Overview

The Department for Infrastructure is seeking up to two training providers per lot to establish a framework agreement for large goods vehicle (LGV) training and assessment across Northern Ireland from 2026 to 2030. The scope covers categories BE, C1, C1E, C, and CE across three geographically defined lots based around test centres in Londonderry, Craigavon, and Belfast. Suppliers will be ranked on a merit list, with the first-ranked provider receiving primary call-offs for work valued at an estimated £457,760.
