Overview

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking a provider for 24-hour, short-stay care and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities to deliver respite care in a safe and caring environment. The contract covers seven beds within the Borough of Hartlepool, comprising six block-purchased respite beds and one emergency bed, with minimum dedicated care hours provided each week regardless of occupancy. Facilities must be CQC-registered for respite support for people with learning disabilities, rated "Good" or "Outstanding", and available for occupation on 1 April 2027.
