Contract for Provision of Young Carers Service

City & County of Swansea is seeking a provider to deliver an intervention and prevention Young Carers Service for the area, with an estimated value of £350,000. The service will include assessment, safeguarding oversight, emotional and practical support, respite opportunities, youth club and group sessions, one-to-one support, school engagement, and awareness raising, working in partnership with Social Services, Health and Education. The commissioned provider will aim to identify young carers early, provide proportionate support, and help them maintain their wellbeing, education, family resilience and access to childhood opportunities.
