North Tyneside Borough Council is reopening a framework agreement to establish a list of suppliers providing medium and high level therapeutic services and specialist assessments for Adopt North East, including therapeutic parenting courses and social work assessments of adoption support needs. The framework, valued at approximately £5.9 million, will run until 2029 if all extension options are exercised. Submissions are due by 23 October 2026.

The therapeutic intervention will be delivered over a series of sessions and will be geared towards helping to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for children. Approx 600
