The Service will provide a flexible mix of dispersed and scheme-based accommodation, with trauma-informed, strengths-based support that promotes stability, independence and successful move-on into settled housing.
£3,779,240(Lot 2) Supported Housing Service for Single People
Supported housing for single people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping, and whose needs are not well met by existing or scheme-based provision. The Service will provide safe, dispersed, single occupancy accommodation with flexible, trauma-informed and inclusive support, helping people build independence and move on successfully into settled housing.

The Service will provide safe, suitable accommodation and flexible housing-related support for people experiencing repeated homelessness, severe multiple disadvantage and high housing-related support needs. The service will focus on stabilisation, sustainment of accommodation, access to wider support, independence and move on to settled housing.
