REVISED CCTV Replacement Invitation to Tender

The Royal Agricultural University is seeking the supply, configuration, integration, and commissioning of a replacement CCTV system to integrate with its newly deployed Avigilon Unity 160TB AI NVR2X server. The scope includes cameras, software licences, peripheral hardware, network cabling, installation services, staff training, and ongoing lifecycle maintenance and support services, with evaluation based on both commercial and qualitative criteria. This is a revised tender following a comprehensive review of the previous iteration to better align with organizational security objectives and market capabilities.
