Out of Hours Service

Cornerstone Housing Limited has awarded a contract worth £60,000 to Westcountry Maintenance Services Ltd for an out-of-hours emergency response service. The service encompasses reactive maintenance works including emergency call handling, repairs triage, operative dispatch, and make-safe works during non-core hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays), covering issues such as loss of heating, dangerous electrical faults, major leaks, security breaches, and health and safety hazards in compliance with statutory duties and Awaab's Law requirements.
