ExCo Leadership Workshops

Great British Energy - Nuclear has awarded a contract worth £102,480 to Aspect Reputation Management Limited for a further programme of four two-day in-person ExCo leadership workshops. The workshops will sustain momentum from an initial reset, providing a structured forum for the Executive Committee to review progress, address emerging issues, and maintain alignment with the organisation's developing mandate, with each session tailored in advance by the CEO. Supporting deliverables include pre-workshop briefing materials and post-workshop notes, with Aspect retained to ensure continuity and avoid duplication following their delivery of the initial reset.
