Professional and Generic Skills Programme

NHS England is seeking a provider to design, deliver, administer and continuously improve a Professional and Generic Skills Programme for postgraduate medical and dental learners across the South-West of England, covering approximately 225 learner places per year. The programme must develop leadership, management, communication, patient safety, ethics and quality improvement skills aligned with the GMC Generic Professional Capabilities Framework. Payment will be activity-based at a maximum cost per learner of £1,022.22, with a total contract value not to exceed £1,150,000 and learner numbers subject to variation based on workforce requirements and funding availability.
