Overview

Ross-on-Wye Town Council is seeking an organiser for its Bands in the Park summer concert series at the Bandstand for a three-year period from October 2026 to September 2029. The organiser will arrange and curate music for approximately 19 performances across the summers of 2027-2029 (Sundays May-September), including event management such as setup, traffic management, and site security, with costs to include all band payments and expenses. A special Proms in the Park event featuring three different bands is provisionally scheduled for July 2027.
