25013 Flexible Learning Support Framework - Round 2

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is establishing a Flexible Learning Support Framework to provide alternative, additional, and specialist education and support services for children, young people, and young adults with diverse learning needs. The framework invites applications from education providers, alternative provision settings, specialist support services, training organisations, community and voluntary groups, therapeutic practitioners, employers, and vocational/employability organisations, with particular encouragement for SMEs, VCSE organisations, and local providers. Providers must demonstrate strong safeguarding practices, effective partnership working, quality assurance processes, and commitment to improvement to support learners' wellbeing, progress, and positive long-term outcomes.
