Overview

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Airedale NHS Foundation Trust are jointly procuring a Patient Experience Portal (PEP) and hybrid mail solution, with separate instances for each trust but led by BTH. The solution must natively integrate with their Oracle EPR system by March 2027, maintain current functionality including hybrid mail, digital letters, SMS reminders, digital forms, and waiting list validation, and support digital transformation of outpatient pathways. The successful supplier will manage the full implementation including process mapping, integration, testing, and ongoing support and service improvement, with go-live required by end of February 2027.
